Throughout his extensive career, Lawrie has represented clients at all levels of the judicial system, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and regional jurisdictions such as the Local Court in Taree. Miranda Frendin


Paralegal


Miranda Frendin, Paralegal at Adamson Legal & Conveyancing, has been a valued member of the team since January 2024. She provides essential legal and administrative support across a broad range of matters, demonstrating a strong commitment to precision, personalised client service, and procedural efficiency.


Miranda is currently in her third year of a double degree in Law and Criminal Justice at Charles Sturt University, where she continues to develop a solid foundation in legal theory and practice.


Her academic dedication is reflected in her achievements, having graduated as both Dux and School Captain of Wingham High School in 2022, as well as holding certification as a Justice of the Peace.


Additionally, Miranda is deeply connected to the region as a 6th generation resident of the Manning Valley. She is committed to supporting you with local knowledge and compassion through your legal matters.


With a focus on continuous learning and professional development, Miranda is highly regarded for her work ethic, attention to detail, and emerging legal acumen. Alistair Adamson, Legal Clerk and Business Operations Analyst at Adamson Legal & Conveyancing, is the latest addition, having joined the firm in June 2025.


Bringing a wealth of experience from outside the legal sector, Alistair is responsible for overseeing the operational management of the firm, ensuring efficiency, growth, and strategic alignment across all business functions.


With a background in business and media, Alistair has developed a diverse professional portfolio that includes administrative management, media relations, and strategic consulting. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from agile start-ups to several of Australia’s largest publicly listed companies on the ASX 100, providing tailored solutions and executive-level insight to complex operational challenges.


At Adamson Legal & Conveyancing, Alistair draws upon this multidisciplinary experience to lead business operations, support legal service delivery, and contribute to the firm's continued development in an increasingly competitive legal landscape.
